Our Story

After 20 years of outstanding IT consulting and custom programming, one customer of Basys Corporation asked for a document management solution to cure them of their paper disease. This planted the seed that grew into what is now Digital DocMan. After spending over a decade refining DocMan, we decided to focus on it full time.

Digital DocMan began as a basic virtual filing cabinet, converting all of your paper into digital files and then storing them on a local server. Today we take advantage of cloud computing and increase efficiency by automating your accounts payable department.

As a technology firm, we utilize a virtual office environment and take advantage of telecommunication. While our headquarters and executive staff are located in Chicago, we have team members spread across 8 cities in the U.S. and Canada. This allows us to work more efficiently and select team members based solely on their capabilities, rather than their geographical location. All of this means that we're able to better serve our clients by focusing on our work, without limitations.
